When we arrived late Sunday night at the Teyssier's house, we showed Lucie around. Pierrette turned a guestroom into Lucie's special bedroom, with pictures of flowers, a pink bedspread, and even a special bookshelf full of David, Julien & Cecile's old books. To top it all off, she put up "princess netting" (for lack of a better word at 2:15 am) above the bed. Lucie walked into the room, gasped in excitement, RAN to find her costume trunk and began to dress up as Sleeping Beauty (the pink costume you see her in). After a few minutes of letting her discover her bedroom on her own, I went back into the room and asked her if she liked it. She told me "Mommy, it's just like in my dream!" How charming is that? If we are not outside playing, she is on that bed "reading", which is looking at all of the old Disney books.
